Christmas music may be one of the first signs of the season, but movies aren't far behind at my house. By Thanksgiving of this year, we had already watched The Grinch (with Jim Carrey) and A Muppet Christmas Carol... more than once. As soon as we got home from Chicago (where we usually spend Thanksgiving) I busted out the old claymation movies. You know (and you do), Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, The Little Drummer Boy, and my personal favorite, The Year Without a Santa Claus. My mom has them all on DVD. Score. Chaela has already started bringing those movies to me and saying, "Wacha Wudu? Wacha Ginch? Wacha fraggles?" Which, roughly translated, mean Rudolph, Grinch, and Muppets. And how could I forget Frosty the Snowman and A Muppet Family Christmas. <3
Yes, I love passing on my Christmas addictions to my progeny. I have a few other favorites that Chaela isn't really into yet because they're not cartoons or very cartoon-like. Elf is topping my list right now, as well as The Santa Clause (only the first one), and White Christmas.
You know what I'd really like? A soundtrack of all of the awesome songs on these movies, like (and I'm guessing at these titles)"I'm Mr. White Christmas/I'm Mr. Green Christmas," (The Year Without a Santa Claus) "Where ever you find love it feels like Christmas," (A Muppet Christmas Carol) "Silver and Gold" (Rudolph)... ok, just basically all of them.
So what are some of your favorite movies (or songs from the movies)?

In my house is always been Christmas Vacation and Elf! I love the vacation movies, so many funny quotes and what not and my dad dresses up like Cousin Eddy occasionally for our Xmas eve party! I also like Christmas Story, Its a Wonderful Life and Muppet Christmas Carol is pretty sweet too!
As for music, I like the oldies, Nat King Cole, Sinatra, Bing Crosby, The Andrew's sisters, and throw a lil Mariah Carey in there too!
Jacob's family favorite is National Lampoon's Christmas vacation, and since he got to pick the movie we got this year, that's what we have. But I totally recorded the Grinch (cartoon) on our TV and am so watching it later! I pretty much love all of the movies you wrote about (weird, since we grew up together), and I really miss watching them! I love Christmas!
It makes me proud to see that the movies I loved as a child and select newer ones are being passed on to the next generation along with a love for Christmas and all that it means. Go Caitlyn!
There are too many to mention...I love them all. Nate is working a bunch over the next few weeks so I get to watch all our christmas movies and I am SOOOOO excited!! But my very fave is White Christmas!
Well lets see most of the ones you mentioned but also Miracle on 34th Street, The Polar Express, and the Christmas story
I've just recently purchased Mt4 Protect and wanted to tell you guys about my experience with it.
I was worried about all the MT4 virus's out there at the moment as I heard you can get them from downloading Expert Advisors from the internet.
While I don't download decompiled EA's the last thing I want is some hacker getting my account details and draining my trading account as I have built it up into quite a bit of cash. That's why I purchased MT4 protect so it can stop my pc from getting attacked. I think the price is well worth the protection I will receive
I got a copy at http://www.mt4protect.com/ via paypal and my product code was sent to me within 4 hours.
I installed it and its wicked! It works in the system tray and scans my computer in real time to detect any attacks.
The EA optimization tool is so great - you can allocate more memory to your MT4 terminal so your trades get executed faster! There are also heaps of registry tweaks and cleanup features that have turbocharged up my Windows 2000 PC.
With malware and virus attacks hitting Forex traders all the time now I definitely think that MT4 Protect is a worthwhile investment.
Good post and this mail helped me alot in my college assignement. Gratefulness you on your information.
