After Christmas Update

Hello! I was going to try and post a whole photo album on here, but it didn't work the way I wanted it to. So instead I'm going to post an album on facebook tonight and sometime later on myspace. I will put a few pictures on here though.

We had a really great Christmas! We were in ID with my in-laws, who are awesome. We stayed for about 5 days or so. My mother in law is an angel. Jana and I have been having gallbladder problems since having babies. Jana's is way worse, though, and I can pretty much eat what I want as long as I don't go overboard on fatty foods. Diane (MIL) made every dinner twice, one normal and one fat-free. Amazing! Usually I just ate the normal, but the last night she made this amazing chicken and suffing casserole thing and I had the non-fat. Delicious!

Chaela also met her cousin Addie (along with several aunts and uncles) for the first time ever. They were so cute! Addie is almost 6 months old, so she can almost sit up on her own and is grabbing things and fun stuff like that. It made me way excited for Chaela to get bigger, even though she's already growing so fast!!

I took some pictures on the ride home. Snow in the mountains, pretty sweet!

Chaela slept through opening her presents, but she got some good stuff. Lots of cute outfits and a fun photo album from Addie that she can even chew on!

There are a ton more pictures, so I know pretty much everyone can see them on facebook. Go look! Love you all!

Oh, I almost forgot. She started smiling on Christmas Eve! Best present ever!!!

Chaela pics and Christmas Stuff

Here are some lovely pictures of Chaela! My awesome friend Heather sent me her old camera, so now we have one that works well!! Woohoo! Some of these will be great to show her boyfriends when she gets older... if Will allows her to have any! Some of these are really cute, though.

So my sister in law Jana made a post a little while ago on some of the Christmas traditions she had while she was growing up. Since I like to be like her, I thought I would post on that too because it's a really cool idea.

We had a few traditions that are really fun that I'd like to continue with my kids. The best one was that every night for a week before Christmas, the elves came and left small presents in our stockings. I remember when I was younger getting a koosh ball (remember those?) and a Lisa Frank glitter pen and those types of things. Oh, and always some kind of chocolate Santa. Delicious! I always thought that was really fun.

Another one is that we always got to see both sides of the family because most of them lived within a half an hour of each other in IL. I really, really miss that. With Will being from ID and my family being from IL and OH, I don't think we'll ever get to see both sides on the same Christmas. So family, whichever side you may be on, I'm going to need you all to pick some area and settle in it so we can be close to everyone!!

Anyways, when my dad's side gets together on Christmas day (mom's side does Christmas Eve now) they make cake and dip. Basically it's chocolate cake in hot chocolate sauce. Soooooo good! The only thing is that "traditionally" the recipe passes from mother in law to daughter in law. Since my dad's mom taught it to my mom, my brother's future wife would be the only one to learn it. Too bad that's one tradition we're going to have to put an end to, haha!

We also do an advent calendar every year kind of, but it's the same one every year. It's Mickey and Minnie decorating the Christmas tree. Each day is an ornament, then a present, and the last day is a star. Don't worry, Jana, we always had to rotate who got to put on the star, too.

We watch a million Christmas movies like all of the old claymation ones. "Rudolf," "Santa Clause is Coming to Town," "The Little Drummer Boy," and my personal favorite, "The Year Without a Santa Clause." Now add "The Grinch" and "Elf," too, because those are awesome. And, of course, it wouldn't be Christmas for my mom without "A Charlie Brown Christmas," or for my dad without "The Santa Clause."

Of course Christmas eve or morning we'd read the Christmas story from Luke chapter 2. Oh, and Christmas eve we get to open the present from my parents, usually clothes and things. My mom always either bought or made us pajama pants. I love it! I can't wait to start new traditions and carry on the old ones with my own family. Things are still so crazy and unsettled that we don't have our own stockings here (we do in ID and I'm sure we will in OH) and we're too poor now (after buying presents and things) for me to go out and buy some. Maybe I could hit up the dollar store, though, and do the elves this year for Chaela. That could be fun. I'm not too worried about this year because she's only 6 weeks old, but next year I'm going to make sure we have our own tree and stockings and everything.

I love Christmas! I'm excited to see Will's side of the family this year, but I can't wait until next year when we can spend it in OH and IL!!!!! Merry Christmas in case I don't post again before then (with finals this week right up until an hour or two before we leave for ID, I don't really see it happening)! I'll get some more pictures of us at Christmas up as soon as I get home!

Merry Christmas again!!

DONE!

Hello! It's after 1:30 and I just finished all of that stuff I told you about in my previous blog! WOOHOO!! Except for taking the finals, of course, but that's nothing. I just typed 20 pages of nonsense in one day!

Oh, also, Will and I sold our contract today, and we'll be moving into his friend's basement before the end of the month. I'm pretty excited about it, to be honest. Chaela will have a yard to play in, rent is the same for a MUCH bigger and nicer place. Well, the kitchen is small, but it has lots more cabinet space, so that's ok. We can work around the other stuff. Also, the people we're renting from said that I could plant part of the garden! I love having a garden!!!! Yay!

Alright, I'm too tired to put a picture on this. Besides, Chaela will probably want to be fed the second I lay my head on the pillow and I have class at 9:30 in the morning. Much love!

Nerd.

Yeah, I'm talking about Will. Who is shocked? No one? That's what I thought! I know, I know, I'm the one who married him. Oh well. I love him, even though he's crazy!! Oh, I'm talking about his Halo posts, in case you were wondering. I usually (usually) don't just randomly call my husband a nerd. He does something to deserve it often enough that I don't have to, haha! Love you Will!

Anyways, I've been really, really busy lately. I'm trying to make up all of the assignments I've missed AND get ready for finals the week after next. Ahh! Here is what I still have left to do:

Elang 223: 10 page text analysis (due 2 weeks ago)
Study for final
Semantics: Midterm Exam (due Nov. 8th)
4-6 pg Semantic explication of a scripture passage
Historical Linguistics: Annotated Bibliography with 25 sources
Take final (20 paragraphs on Austronesian language family)
Phonology/Morphology: Homework Exercises
Take-home final
Most of this stuff has to be done by Thursday except for taking the actual finals. Oh, and I just finished another 10 page paper that was due on the 6th of November! Don't worry though, my professors are all really understanding. My one professor even said he'd understand if I didn't do his final! I don't know if that means he'd give me an A or just that he wouldn't be upset with me. Better not to risk it, haha! So I've got to do all of that stuff. Total I'll probably end up typing 20+ pages in the next few days. Joy! Oh, and also, my bishop wants to talk to me on Sunday. What a time to get a calling! Oh well, I'll do my best!
That's all I've got for now. No new pictures of Chaela yet, but Kristin will be here with her camera next Saturday, so sometime around then we'll have more pictures for everyone. Yay! She's doing good, by the way. She's awake a lot more. We had two rough nights in a row and I was afraid she was getting colic, but last night she was fine, so I'm hoping those nights were just a fluke!

Halo 3

This Monday Bungie is releasing 3 news maps for Halo 3. The first one Standoff is a mix between Blood Gultch and Coagulation. Rats Nest looks like a pretty big map, it looks like a remake of Terminal from Halo 2. Foundry looks like a basic map, not sure if it's a remake or a new map. Bungie says that these maps are the best maps they have ever created for any Halo. So it's exciting! Just some more maps for Christmas bros!

AFC Champions! 12-0

Well tonight's game I have to say was a bit of luck on Patriots side, with two 4th down conversions in the last 2 minutes of the game. Who would have thought Baltimore would have almost ended the Patriots seemingly endless win streak, not me. Anyway I know I'm the only Patriots fan here, but I have to post about it because after all posts are all about whatever I want it to be about, Ha! Well the Patriots were down by 4 and then scored a touchdown and I do have give kudos to Baltimore for the last play...8 seconds on the clock...55 yard line...down by 3...Boller tosses up a hail mary deep right to Clayton. Clayton catches it even though there 3 Patriots on him and then is tackled on the 3rd yard line. Saved by 3 yards. 27-24 Patriots. It was an intense game! The Patriots aren't doing as well these past few games. They have almost lost against teams that would seem to not be able to compete. So hopefully they step it up. 12-0, I guess you can't complain about that. GO PATRIOTS!

Keeping up with Will

Ahh! Will has posted a whole bunch since I have! I can't let him beat me! I don't really have much to say, except that I turned in my first homework since having Chaela today. Woohoo for getting back in the game! Now I only have about 35-40 pages of papers left to type in the next week and a half. Joy! Nothing like leaving half the semester's work until the bitter end.

I just remembered something else that happened! We were all sick this week, including Chaela. Talk about scary, having your 3 and 1/2 week old not wanting to eat, throwing up, and having diarrhea really freaked us out. She's better now, though. She's actually eating better than she did before she was sick! Will was the last one to get it. He was home from work today. He was up all Saturday night throwing up, just like I was up all Tuesday night. Fun times! At least it didn't happen to us all at once. But we're all good now. Everyone can eat full meals again.

So that's us right now. We're all healthy again. Now I should really stop wasting time and get started on all those papers! BLAH!!!!!
Oh, and the picture is just random. It's us at the OSU-Michigan game. Wasn't too much of a game... Posts are more fun with a picture!

Happy Family!!

Yay! It's family! Well the Saturday before everyone left we went to Temple Square to enjoy the lights and take some family pictures. And that's what we did, Chaela was very good, mainly slept the whole time in her warm stroller. It was really cold there, but we all survived and would you look at that sweet Patriots hat! 11 and 0. That's all I have to say about this season. They're unstoppable! Well I already posted earlier today so there's nothing else to write. Just wanted to show off the family portrait. The end.

Concerned Parents

Well I only had to work an hour today, so that was real nice. Nice for the not working very much, but I came home because Chaela was throwing up. Caitlyn called the hospital and they told her if a baby throws up more than once then to take her to emergency right away. Well the paramedics were called and they said she was fine and just to watch her. Dumb nurse at the hospital apparently not knowing much about babies throwing up. She seems to be doing fine. She threw up a little bit ago, but compared to this morning she's doing better. It's crazy what goes through your mind when something like this happens and it turns out you think is a lot worse than it really is. Oh well I guess that's a part of being a parent. So that was our excitement for the day.

Growing Chaela

I haven't posted in forever! Crazy! Anyway Chaela is now growing into her head and she is now better proportioned. She's a really good baby. Well as far as work goes it looks like I'm staying with Securitas for now because I got my shift covered while I'll be in Idaho for Christmas which I didn't think I'd be able to do, but I guess some people don't have families and would rather work my shift while I have Christmas or maybe they don't like their family. Anyway no matter what the reason it's covered and I don't have to go looking for another job just yet anyway. Well that's about it. I just wanted to post something since I haven't in a while. K Bye!

Chaela's Favorite Things

So Chaela's 3 weeks and one day old now (who's counting, haha) and we're starting to get to know her better. Here are some of Chaela's favorite things:

#1 Bath time - she loves to sit in the warm water since her umbilical cord fell out! I think she's going to be a swimmer. Especially if the water is warm!! She doesn't smile yet, but she sits there with her mouth open like a bath is the coolest thing anyone's ever thought of.

#2 Eating -but who doesn't love that?

#3 Sleeping in the big bed - she falls asleep so much faster in bed with us than in her pack and play (too bad, mommy makes her sleep in there at night anyways)!

#4 Car rides - she fusses sometimes when we put her in the car seat, but as soon as we put her in the car and start moving she's out!

So those are some of her favorite things. #1 least favorite: being cold. She HATES it! I think she was born at the wrong time of year. Oh well. She's already grown so much. I can tell her hands are bigger and she's got more hair than ever. She also had her first diaper rash this past week, poor Chaela! Lucky for us, she's still not very fussy. Just a little bit more than before, and usually only when she's hungry or has a dirty diaper (or is making one). We haven't had any bad nights since that second one home... no more caffeine for mommy!

Well that's all I have for now. Will's changing her and then she'll probably be hungry. I know I am!

Overtime!

Well this is a picture that my good friend Dave Ormsby drew for a story that we wrote while at work since it gets really boring. So this dragon is in the story and it's also my "pet dragon" on facebook. Anywho I've been working some overtime. This last week I worked 3 double shifts. On Friday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I worked from 6am-10pm. And I'm pretty tired. It was nice to work only 8 hours today and then after tomorrow it's the weekend. Yay! Thanksgiving was good! Caitlyn's family is down and we watched football and ate turkey. I had all I could eat celery and cheez whiz because nobody thought they liked it until I had everyone taste it and now they like it. Aaron and Dan came down as well and it was good to see them. Thanks for coming down guys. I can't wait for Christmas to see everyone. It'll be the best! Chaela is getting blessed this Sunday since everyone is down. Well anyway I'm going to go to sleep now because I'm falling aseep at the computer. Much Love!

Focus... focus...

So it's been a week and a half since Chaela was born, and I'm finding it hard to turn my attention back to school. I still have a paper and a take-home test to do. Ahhhh!!!!! Lame. I'd rather sit here and "watch the baby grow" as my mom so often puts it. It's going to be weird when everyone goes. I'm going to have to figure out how to get myself and Chaela ready to go without any help, how to keep the house clean, etc. without my mom. It's going to be nice to have the house back to ourselves, though, as much as I love having my family here. I miss having time with just me and Will, and now our new baby! Strange to be a family all on our own! Anyways, I am once again hungry, so I think I'm going to go find some food. Even though I always say that when I write blogs but never end up eating until forever later.

Cover your nose Chaela has Gas!

Yeah Chaela now has gas and isn't the biggest fan of it. I was just watching a commercial and I laughed out loud and then noticed I was the only one laughing. Well come to find out Caitlyn and Katie are both asleep. Oh precious. To bad we can't find our camera charger or else I would take a picture. Because Caitlyn is drooling all over herself. Okay just kidding she's not drooling, but it would be funny if she was. Well anyway Chaela can scream pretty loud, let me tell you about it. She does not like the gas. But she's asleep right now. They're the cutest when they're asleep I think. ha ha. I love her, but miss my sleep.

Tales from the land of new parenthood...

Chaela is a week old now as of 12:48 this afternoon. It's been great, I'm kind of dazed right now from lack of sleep...

Last night she was sound asleep at 10, so we decided to go to bed, since we're all pretty tired from the events of this past week (me, Will, and my mom, who's here helping out). The instant we put Chaela in her bed, she woke up and started fussing. She did not stop until 3:30 am, when I brought her into the living room with me so Will could get about an hour and a half of sleep. Then she and I fell asleep on our "couch" which is actually a love seat. Yes, very restful. When Will left for work at 5:30 I took her to bed and fell asleep for 2 hours... until Chaela woke up and needed to be fed. Thank goodness for my mom! A little after 8 she came into my room to see if we were awake and took the baby. Then I slept until 11:30-ish. I guess that comes out to 5 and 1/2 hours with the feeding. If the math is wrong I don't care, I'm so tired! Will came home and is sleeping right now. Smart man.

Tuesday morning was pretty traumatic for Chaela, too, haha. She woke up at about 4:15 and while I was feeding her she went poo and it leaked all over 2 blankets and my boppy pillow (not her clothes, she wasn't wearing any because of the light bed thing). I got up to go wash the blankets and everything (by hand because our washing machine is broken) and Will went to change her. While he was changing her, she peed all over herself and her changing thingy. So at about 4:50 am we had to give her a bath. Fun! Poor baby! She was so cold, but we couldn't do anything about it until after washing her because she was covered in pee. Don't worry, she's ok now, but she did pee all over the floor again today when I went to change her. She has also already peed on Will, which I think is hilarious. I'm pretty sure he picked her up without a diaper on. Haha.

Well I'm really out of it... as of last night she's not on the lights anymore. We take her in for one last blood test tomorrow to make sure her jaundice isn't coming back now that she's off of them. Pray for us!

I just realized all I've had to eat today is cake and hot chocolate and it's 5:15pm. I think I'll go find some food, then maybe I'll pass out. Have a nice day!

A Mom Now... Weird...

Hey everyone!

So I'm a mom now, and that's pretty cool. I was in labor for 9 hours, I think Will might have said that before. Not too bad for a first baby. I pushed for 45 minutes, so not as short as some, but not too bad either! I did have to have an episiotomy, and recovery from that is NOT fun, but she basically popped right out after the doctor did it. They told me it was better than a whole bunch of little tears, and I believe them I guess.
Being home has been nice, and having my mom here has been awesome! Especially with Will going back to work tomorrow and me really not being able to move around much at all. I can't wait to recover... life will be so much easier!!
So now I really don't know what to do about going to school. It's going to be more of a challenge than I thought, but with her sleeping all the time it might not be so bad to take her to class.
I do just have to say, there's a LOT about post-pregnancy no one ever mentions! Like it's a hassle to go to the bathroom, I can't walk very much, I'm sore all over, and my stomach somewhat resembles a really ugly deflated balloon. Oh! And the constant, strange worries that come with being a mom, like that if something gets within 6 inches of your baby's face she'll somehow not be able to breathe!!!! Oh well, this too shall pass! Well, probably not the worrying.
I hope every one else is doing well! I can't wait until everyone can come and meet her or she can come meet you!!!

Chaela Update

Well Chaela is a whole 4 days old now. She has jaundice and so she has a nice tanning bed that she always has to sleep on. Before we left the Hospital she was at a 12 which is border line of having jaundice and then yesterday she was up to a 17.1 which is high risk. According to the little chart we have if it reaches 20 to 25 is critical. The doctor said 22 is where it becomes fatal. So far she's had her blood taken everyday. Right now she's at a 16.8. She dropped at least. Yay! She also had her first bath today. We decided to give her one after she had the worst diaper yet. While I was changing her she spit up all over herself and then after I cleaned most of that up I picked her up so we could give her a bath and then she decided she still had to pee, and pee she did all over herself and me. But now she's all clean and sound asleep in her tanning bed. All of us here at the house (Caitlyn, Katie, and me) are just watching her grow. Also here's some pumpkins that Caitlyn and I carved for Halloween. It's a little late, but I just figured out how to get pictures from my PS3 to my computer and since we lost our camera cord that hooks to the computer I have to first copy them to my PS3 and then send them to my email and then save them to the computer. Anyway that's the Chaela update for today. I have to go back to work tomorrow. Lame!

Baby Hair

Well obviously nobody was expecting Chaela to come as early as she did. The earliest date we had on here was the 8th. And it looked liked the majority of the votes were for the 12th. Anyway for Caitlyn's first baby all the nurses and doctors were really surprised on how fast the baby came. We went to the hospital at 4am on Wednesday 11/07/07. And at 12:48 the blue alien showed up. And then after she was cleaned off and blood started flowing we realized it was Chaela. She slept all the way through the first night and is still sleeping a lot still. She's a great baby...well this is my first one, but from what I've seen and been told about other babies anyway she is amazing! She weighs 7 Lbs 10 Ounces, and is 20 inches long. She has a check up tomorrow because she's on the verge of having jaundice. Being a dad is the best thing ever! The feeling is indescribable. I love it! I'm pretty sure Chaela has gotten a lot more sleep than I have, but it's worth it. It's just awesome! Caitlyn is doing well. I'll let her write more later. Anyway the little one came home this morning at about 9am. It's funny how something this small can have me wrapped around her finger.

I Have "Finished the Fight"

Well as Bungie puts it...Finish the Fight. The catch line from Halo 3. And I have now unlocked all the skulls, awards, and armor that you can in Halo 3. Amazing! So this shot to the right is a picture from actual gameplay. They have improved the graphics by quite a lot I'd say. My free month of xbox live has run out. I achieved the last award right before my free month expired. Close call. And now I have another free month with Caitlyn's profile now. New email address equals one free month of xbox live. Yay! So yeah. Hey Jason on your profile I've unlocked the Hayabusa Armor and a few other helmets for ya. Hey if anyone wants different armor let me know and I'll get it for you. I'm taking requests. So anywho I had Tucanos yesterday. It was a company dinner. I love free meals! They didn't allow any family to come though so that was kinda lame. Anyway the end of this week is Caitlyn's due date. So we're all in anticipation and taking predictions for when Chaela will come. The due date is this Saturday November 10th. The winner gets to change Chaela's diapers over Christmas. :) Anywho this is my new armor. It's a little bit of everything. The katana on my back is the armor you unlock for getting all 1000 Gamer Points in Halo 3. Well that's the way the cookie crumbles.

One week!

So I'm due a week from today, and today is almost over, so that's like 6 days. Crazy! I have 2 tests and a 10-page paper due this week, too. Lovely. But I've finished the test that's due Monday (they're both take-home) and I've got a decent start on the paper, which is due Tuesday. I'm going to finish it tomorrow hopefully, and I'll finish the other test Monday or Wednesday, so I'll be ready to go as soon as I'm done with all that! School-wise anyway.

Our house is a huge mess right now, and my mom is getting here on Thursday, so we need to get it cleaned up so she doesn't know how messy we really are. I've done a good job deceiving her so far, because last time she was here in the beginning of September it was really clean. Haha!

So I really want to get everything done and I want my mom to be here, but I also want this child out at soon as possible. At this point I just don't want to go 2 weeks late. That would suck. I'm hoping for the 15th at the absolute latest. I'll get the doctor to induce me that day because the next day she'd be able to do it would be the 19th, which is 3 days before Thanksgiving, and my family is coming here (plus I think the Dr's office is closed all week or something, I want to work for them!). Why can't babies come out when you want them to?!?!?!

995...What a good year!

So of course this post is about Halo. What else would it be about? Anyway I now have 995 points out of 1000 points for Halo 3.
P.S. BYU is nuts! Sorry random I was just reading the police Beat. No kidding this was one of the posts: Oct 27: A male individual was reported yelling in th Eyring Science Center. When the officers arrived, they discovered he was actually singing along to music playing on his iPod. And 2 days later...Oct 29: A 19-year-old male was reported viewing inappropriate material on the Interent in the Harold B. Lee Library. An individual who saw him viewing this material turned him in to library security personnel. They interviewed him and banned him from the library. He apologized, saying he realized what he did was wrong and he will never do it again. Oh okay at least he "won't do it again." I thought that was pretty funny.
So anyway as far as work goes I'm ready to quit. In fact I'm applying for the Utah State Hospital (It's a Mental Hospital. It's kinda scary that we lived this close to an insane asylum) which is walking distance from our house. It's a cut in pay, but it'll save on gas and it has state insurance benefits and they only take $10 out of my paycheck. So if I can get that job then It'll actually be the same amount of money considering well save on gas and $250 on insurance. YAY! Okay so this wasn't about Halo, but here's a picture for all you Halo fans.

Happy Halloween!

Hey everyone! Not much new here, just wanted to say Happy Halloween! Will and I aren't doing anything tonight, just hanging out and waiting to see if we have any Trick-or-Treaters. We have some kids in our apt complex, but our primary is doing something at the church, so we'll see. In the meantime, we've been eating a lot of the candy ourselves...

In baby news: she's not here. Sad. One of my friends had 2 separate dreams that I'd go into labor today, but alas, it seems she is not a real fortuneteller. Dang it! When I went to the doctor on Monday, I was 1 cm dialated (out of 10, for all of you not-knowing people), which is better than no cm, but not that great. I guess that's ok, because I'm due next Saturday. It seemed to me like the doctor thinks I'll be just about on time. Good for my mom, who's coming the 8th, but I am SO ready to get this kid out.

Ridiculous!

Did you know there's nothing on TV at 6:30 in the morning? There is not. Now you know.

Unfortunately for me, I have been awake since Will left for work at 5:30. At first I stayed in bed and prayed that I would fall back asleep. After about a half an hour of that I gave up and called my mom, because it was 8:00 her time, and I knew she'd be awake because she's a mom, and they get up crazy early. I'm beginning to understand why. At least if I were actually a mom I'd have a baby to entertain me! Sigh.

So now here I sit. It's almost 7 and the only thing on is the news. They just showed some Hawaiian women doing a hula. That was cool. I'd rather be sleeping. Even worse is that I didn't fall asleep until after midnight. Frustrating, since I climbed into bed at 10! I guess I should be grateful that I haven't had trouble sleeping until now, when I only have 2 weeks and 2 days left until my due date. Not that I'm counting.

This whole pregnancy thing is extremely uncomfortable. I don't like to go to class most days of the week because I can't walk across campus anymore without extreme pain because apparently this child is laying on my sciatic nerve. It's the huge nerve that starts in your back and runs down your leg. Ouch. Her most active time of day is 11pm-midnight, right when I would be able to fall asleep if she weren't kicking me as hard as possible in various internal organs. Pregnancy is a blessing. In disguise. Sorry to complain everyone! I'm sure after she's born I'll have an easier time recognizing it, but at 7am on a Thursday when I'm about to spend 8 hours on campus, chances of that are bleak.

But don't think I'm too down everyone, because I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Woohoo!

Halo 3!!!

Yes it's a Halo 3 update! Well I have found all the silver and gold skulls and now have unlocked some sweet armor. The Hayabusa Armor! So I have all but one armor unlocked now. The Security armor. So anyway Chris Oakeson came over the other night and we all played some Halo. I was up sniping him when he came behind me and I fell off my sniping spot so I found my friend Mr. rocket launcher and took care of the problem. One of my favorite game modes is called Infection. Where one team are humans and the other are zombies. The zombies are almost as fast as an ATV. So it makes fun for running away. Well anywho it's fun! Even though Caitlyn won't admit it some of the time she enjoys it as well. Here's proof...and Caitlyn is the one with the shotgun.

Yay! A Whole Year!

Today is our first anniversary woo hoo! We did most of the celebrating yesterday because today is Sunday. Will already posted about all that, though. We bought our pumpkins yesterday yay! Will says he's only carved pumpkins once or twice in his life. Can you believe it?!?! We're big pumpkin carvers in my family. I'm so excited! Also we got a tiny little mini pumpkin and wrote "Baby Chaela" on it and we're going to stick it inside my pumpkin, haha! It's ok, I already know I'm crazy.
Anyways, this past year has been great! I love being married to Will and I'm so excited to be starting our family this year, even if it is sooner than we planned. He's so great! I can't believe it's less than 3 weeks until my due date! Yay!!! Can't wait to see all of you guys again and I'll have a baby! Weird.
Also right now we're watching "The Princess Bride." Mawwige... mawwige is what bwings us togeva today...

Fine I'll do it

Alas, I have come to write in what the world calls a blog. A bog you say? No no a blog! Oh a blog, I think they should make that into a rap song. It would be in the top ten on MTV I'm sure of it. What's going on in my life? Mainly working and playing is the life at the present. I have finished my 40 hours of training in the control room at work and so now I can start covering shifts in there for an extra $2.50 more an hour. Yay! But that'll be mainly on my days off. So actually it would be overtime, blah blah blah boring, next topic. I've been enjoying my xbox 360 for the sole reason of Halo 3. I traded my Wii for a 360 and I'm loving it! For all those who are Halo fans let me just say Halo 3 lived up to the hype and more!!!! Love it!!! Well here's my post. This was for you Jason and Caitlyn. Much Love!!!!
